Keith Willey
is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Strategic and International Management and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School. Keith comes with a strong background of strategic management and entrepreneurship; Formerly he was the CEO of Scientific Enterprise and director of Sinddall & Company. He Joined GET as a member of Advisory Board and is also acting as COO and director for Sussex Place Ventures Ltd. He has contributed a lot in the field of International Management though his articles and publication. His interest includes Venture capital, Managing growth, Technology Ventures and Organizational Development. Keith holds his Master degree in Management studies from London.
Vikram Rao
is an Executive Director of RTEC and comes with an experience of more than 30 years with Halliburton, a leading energy service company. His last role with Halliburton was as Chief Technology officer. During his tenure with Halliburton, Vikram also held executive management positions in research and development, product launch, reservoir studies, and sales and marketing. He joined the company in 1974 as a senior research engineer. Vikram has served the industry with his more than 40 publications and has been awarded 24 patents in fields that include non-ferrous metal refining, alloy formulations, and oil and gas technology. Vikram earned a doctorate degree and a master's in engineering from Stanford University, and holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India.
David Woodward
is an International oil industry exploration and production business leader, having over 37 years industry experience, the majority with BP, where in his last role as President of BP Azerbaijan, he was responsible for BP's business in Azerbaijan, Georgia and E. Turkey successfully delivering the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli full field, Shah Deniz stage 1 and BTC/SCP pipelines developments amounting to $20bn gross investment and producing 600 mbd by end 2006. His last role was as Chief Operating Officer of Mubadala Oil & Gas responsible for the operations of the MOG businesses in the Far East M. East and N. Africa amounting to over 300 mboed net working interest. Since May 2009, by choice, he is working in a part-time capacity supporting the senior management team in the development and implementation of a strategy to build the "premier eastern-hemisphere independent". Before that he was Chief Executive Officer of the Aabar Petroleum Investment Company, Abu Dhabi Responsible to the Board for the strategic direction and management of the company which was listed on the Abu Dhabi stock exchange in 2005. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Wood Group. He completed a Programme for Management Development from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Physics from the University of Sussex. He has been awarded the Order of Honour, Georgia, Order of Glory, Azerbaijan, and the Companion of the Order of St. Michael and St. George.

Svein Eggen has extensive experience from the international oil service industry. Until 2005 he was President & CEO of Technip Offshore Inc. He has held various leading position within Aker related Companies, including president & CEO of Aker Maritime ASA, followed by position as President & CEO of Aker Maritime Inc. in Houston, USA. He is Chairman of the Board of Vector industries AS, Remedial Cyprus PCL and a member of the Board of Cidra Corporation Inc. Mr. Eggen resides in Norway.
Saad Bargach is Managing Director at Lime Rock Partners. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for more than 23 years at Schlumberger. Most recently, he served as the company's Chief Information Officer and from July 2004 to March 2006, as President, Well Completions and Productivity. He also served as EVP Global Consulting and Systems Integration at Atos Origin. He serves on the Board of Directors of Gas2 and APQC (American Productivity and Quality Center).
Peter Wright is SVP, HR at AIG in New York. Peter has over 30 years of experience in talent and change management. He has held senior HR positions at AIG, BP, Unilever, Merril Lynch, Korn Ferry and Allied Domecq. An ex-officer of the British army, he is a much-in-demand speaker at industry events.
Anna Cecilie Holst is an experienced corporate director and international businesswoman whose portfolio includes oil and gas offshore services, independent financial advisory services and investment management. She is a non-executive director of Scandinavian Asset Management and was a founding shareholder and non-executive director of MediCult AS (now Origio AS). She was also a non-executive director of Anders Sveass Almennyttige Fond and held senior financial positions in banking and internet services. A Certified European Financial Analyst, Ms Holst holds a BA from Oslo University and MA from St Gallen, and she has completed IMD programmes on Building High-Performance Boards and Executive Development.
